The hotel location is perfect for skiers, just a short walk to the bus stop and a free shuttle to the station, and the rooms are warmly cozy with comfortable futons and relaxing private onsens. the breakfast is large and delicious, with notes in English in front of the food. Enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding area from the balcony and the sunroom with Cypress wood floors.
The public bath is not hot enough.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was greatly impressed by the level of comfort and quality services it offered. the location of this venue is simply amazing, surrounded by majestic snow-capped mountains and beautiful foliage. Waking up to such breathtaking views every morning was truly a delight. Additionally, the hotel provides a range of amenities and services that enhanced my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my room was clean and beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I also appreciated the small but nice outdoor hot bath, offering a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after a long day. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a selection of fresh and delicious options, including a made-to-order Japanese egg roll.
In conclusion, this hotel is highly recommended to all.

The hotel had a charming traditional ambience and the staff were very welcoming. We appreciated the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony, and the private hot tub was a delightful bonus. The location was ideal for a romantic escape, being close to both the ski station and hot springs.
The communication was mostly in Japanese, making it difficult for non-Japanese speakers. The menu was limited to mostly Japanese cuisine, so we struggled to find something we liked.

the staff was incredibly helpful, even though some of them had limited English. They provided us with a nice and comfortable place to stay, and the facilities were family-friendly. We loved how close the hotel was to the ski areas, making it easy for us to hit the slopes. the breakfast was included and delicious, and the onsen was the perfect way to relax after a long day of skiing.
The lack of wifi in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for us. the hotel was a fair walk to the bus stop, which made it a bit tough in the snow.
